#My500Words: Day 26 of 31 "What if reality only existed in your mind?"

"Maybe each human being lives in a unique world, a private world different from those inhabited and experienced by all other humans…If reality differs from person to person, can we speak of reality singular, or shouldn't we really be talking about plural realities?" Phillip K. Dick. This can be explained by the philosophical theory of Solipsism, which is an assertion that nothing exists but the individual's consciousness.

Have you ever had the feeling or thought that the only reality that exists is only yours? That everything else is just an intersection of cross realities? For example, when we are in social settings or surrounded by other people everyone has a different reality within that moment and outside of it. We only individually experience existence. The physical objects, other people and anything considered as a constituent of space and time in which you coexist with others and is necessarily construed by you as a part of the content of your consciousness

As I sit on my sofa to write this article, the only thing that truly exists in my world is me and my surroundings and direct sensory; what I can hear, what I can smell, what I can feel. Those sensors tell me that this right here is real. Nothing else outside of it, truly exist, or at least in this realm. We all live in separate dimensions that just so happen to sometimes cross paths.

It's a crazy thought to have but what if nothing truly really existed outside of your reality? What if the people in your life are just a reflection of your energy – they are manifestations of your vibrational frequency. It's a crazy thing to try to wrap your mind around but it's not that hard to believe in its truth.

Everything in your life is a reflection of yourself. You manifest what you think. The power of thought is a lot stronger than we can comprehend. If you think good things, good things will happen. If you think bad things, then bad things will happen. As your thoughts are just forms of energy, such as the same with emotions, that same energy can be embraced and transformed into either positivity or negativity. It's a simple choice and decision to decide on what polar you want to live in. How are you creating your dimension? At which frequency do you wish to vibrate at?

If we are all one, from the plants to our souls, to the stars in the universe, then we all exist at the same time – but also separately. It's impossible for me to know if your past or future is real as the only thing that I know is you now, as our shared present moment is a reflection of the intersection of our dimensions. Nothing in the universe is a coincidence. At that moment that we choose to cross paths is always truthful as our vibrations and energy are synchronized on the same frequency.

I previously wrote about how Donald Trump was a result of our collective level of consciousness. If you think about it, it's not too far-fetched. If you've been following along to my rant so far – to put it simply it can be explained like this: what we put out is what we get in return. The collective negativity that we have put out in the form of bigotry, hate, fear, and racism overpowered the positive light with darkness.
Within our own dimensions, we must be mindful in light and positivity in order to manifest a future reality that is ubiquitous with love. Be present. Be peaceful. Live in your dimension truthfully and the world within it will manifest itself in abundance. You create the world within it.

That is the true power of change, to use your thoughts as a powerful tool to change reality. I never lived in your past so it isn't my truth. As far as I'm concerned and technically, it doesn't even exist. Neither does my past, as it has gone and the only truth is now. For it exists, in this realm, in this dimension, simply as truth. What may seem like a complex concept is actually very simple? We as humans just tend to complicate things.

We are all connected, but we are also all individuals, as the universe isn't made up of just one universe, but is made up of multiple galaxies and worlds that contribute to its existence. We all live in our own galaxies and worlds that contribute individually to the existence of the whole.

There is no coincidence in truth. Everything and everyone comes into your life for a reason. Timing is always perfect as you are willing to accept the energy at that moment; nothing more and nothing less.

You reveal yourself to the world when you're ready, and vice versa. But exist within each other all along.
