A Fair Play User Experience
"Making things easy, seamless and pleasant for your customers makes for delightful experiences". For e-commerce websites, user experience and user flow can be a breaking point on if a consumer makes a purchase or doesn't as 69% of all e-commerce visitors abandon their shopping cart. Thus it is essential to not only have a user friendly web shopping experience but one where the consumer's flow from landing on the home page to checkout isn't disruptive.
The user flow usually looks something like this: Homepage -> Category Page -> Click on Product -> Product Page -> Add to Cart -> Shopping Cart -> Complete Purchase.
In this post, I will review the user flow & user experience for the e-commerce mens fashion brand "Fair Play Brand".

Overall, the user experience of Fair Play Brand is pretty good but could use some minor tweaks. The pages are very clean, minimal, and the checkout process is linear.
